Herb Garlic Bread

Serves 8


  • 1 loaf hard Italian bread, halved lengthwise
  • ½ c (one stick) softened butter
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh basil, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • ½ tbsp fresh mint, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp Kosher salt or fine sea salt


Pre-heat oven to 350°.

Mix fresh garlic and herbs into softened butter. Spread onto bread. Close loaf back together. Bake until crusty and butter has melted, about 10 minutes.
