This the only corn I grow after 25 years of trials. They do say soil has to be warm to germinate. I grow under green plastic mulch which warms soil and ensures germination @ 90% plus. No earworms and great flavor!
This corn is a 10 plus for taste and sweetness.....if you can get it to germinate. I have raised this corn for two years now and I get less than 5% germination from a package of seeds. I have been gardening for over 40 years and never had this problem before, last years seed was from a different company and the germination rate was about 50%.I am not sure what the issue is but if you can get this seed to germinate, your in for a treat.
