This softneck garlic variety has rosy-streaked bulbs that look beautiful when braided. Each medium-size bulb has about 6-24 cloves with a strong garlic flavor. Once the leaves yellow it is time to harvest. Pull up the bulbs and dry them in the sun for a few hours. Then, move them to a well-ventilated space to dry and cure for 2-3 weeks. Cut tops off and store in a cool dry location. 90 days to maturity. This item ships at the proper planting time for your region in both spring and fall.
