WOW!® Supreme™ Pre-Emergent Weed Control and Lawn Fertilizer
Granulated for use in broadcast or drop spreaders
A pre-emergent herbicide for use
in controlling crabgrass, creeping
bentgrass, smartweed, dandelions, redroot
pigweed, purslane, lambsquarter, foxtail, barnyard
grass and Bermuda grass. This herbicide is
capable of controlling weeds only at the time of
germination. Any weeds which have germinated
prior to application will not be controlled.
There are no re-entry restrictions following use
of WOW!® Supreme™. People, pets and animals may
enter the area immediately following application.
Use on turf grasses as a pre-emergent herbicide.
Apply anytime after first mowing or approximately
4 to 6 weeks after sowing grass seed. The cool weather
of spring and fall creates prime germination
periods for perennial, broadleaf and grassy weeds.
The fall germination period is often overlooked
despite the fact that dandelions and many other
weeds germinate readily in fall, establishing
themselves for rapid growth and flowering the
following spring.
How it works
Through an inhibitory process which we do not
yet fully understand, the corn gluten meal in
WOW!® Supreme™ stops root development of germinating
seeds. It is important to allow desired
plants to become established before applying
WOW!® Supreme™. The percentage of weed control
increases as the application rate increases.
What it is
Corn gluten meal is a by-product of the production
of cornstarch or corn syrup. It is 60% protein
and is widely used as a food ingredient for
fish, poultry, horses, cattle and pets. As WOW!®
Supreme™ decomposes, it provides organic matter
to the soil. An all-natural lawn fertilizer, WOW!®
Supreme™ contains plant and animal by-products.

Also contains non-plant food ingredient:
