WALA WALA ONION SETS
Reviewed By: STORM LEWIS (BERLIN, MARYLAND)
THIS WAS THE 1ST TIME I EVER PLANTED WALA WALA ONIONS. I HAD 122 THAT I PLANTED AND 109 GREW GREAT. STRANGE I HAVE 8 COMING UP RIGHT NOW IN OCT 2010. EVEN THE SMALLEST SEED SET PRODUCES NICE FLAVORFUL ONIONS. AND THEY SEEM TO BE KEEPING GOOD SO FAR. ONE NOTE; DO NOT STORE POTATOES AND ONIONS TOGETHER, IT PRODUCES A GAS THAT SPOILS BOTH.

Reviewed By: John (Hummeltstown, PA)
I ordered the plants in 2009 and a bunch provided about 30 ft of row of onions. They grew to be softball size and were the sweetest onions I have ever grown. Will be ordering for 2010!
