New! These are the dark, richly-flavored mushrooms (also known as Japanese forest mushrooms) used in Oriental cuisine. Very high in vitamins, too! Soak kit in water, cover with the humidity tent (included), then begin picking delicious, fresh mushrooms in about 10 days! Yields 2-5 pounds over a 15-week period.
