Doing well
Reviewed By: Jason Canen (Logan, Utah)
When I first recieved these, they looked like many plants I've recieved in the past. They looked pretty sad over all. I planted the 3 mints in a large 16 inch pot. Well let me tell you right now they have almost filled it in and its only been a few months. They look and smell really good. So I decided to make a applemint pesto for some sirlon steaks. Oh man let me tell you that was really good. It had a hint of apple flavor, with a nice refreshing taste with every bite, and it smelled so good grilling it too. Well worth the buy.

Even Better
Reviewed By: Jason Canen (Logan, Utah)
Well I decided I wanted more of these so I purchased a half of a wine barrel and ordered more mints and just got them today and I was amazed at how good these looked. It seems like every year Gurneys gets better at shipping better looking plants. Thanks again.

Don't plant mint together
Reviewed By: Karen (Buffalo, MN)
I purchased the peppermint, spearmint, and applemint plants a few years ago. They have done really well, however, I didn't know you weren't supposed to plant them near each other. Now they all taste very similar and the spearmint flavor won out. I don't want others to make the same mistake.

Minty tea
Reviewed By: Debbie (Cottonwood, AZ)
I planted these mint in "Earth Boxes" which makes it easy to separate them and/or move them in during the winter. Mint is invasive and can take over your entire garden, I noticed my neighbor "now" has spearmint. I plant stevia "Sweet Leaf" too and make minty sweet tea with no calories!
