Such a cute little plant... I bought mine in May and was actually a little disappointed when it arrived because it was barely even a twig, with just a few leaves on it. However, it only took a couple of weeks for it to bush out and the two branched twig is now (July) is a respectable little plant, about a foot tall. It is flowering like crazy- even to the point that I'm worried about the growth of the actual plant!! Hopefully it will continue to grow well!

I've had my dwarf pomegranate for about 5 years. I do not get edible fruit, but the flowers are so beautiful and I love the little fruit it produces. The plant is about 1.5 feet tall and a foot wide. I am in zone 5-6 and take my dwarf fruit trees outdoors when the temperature is consistently above 30 degrees F. I have a sunny room for these plants in the winter. Beautiful plant!

pretty tree...bitter fruit

I have had my tree for a year and a half. The first year we just got the very pretty flowers. I left it outside until the leaves fell off last fall, and then brought it in, as directed on a dwarf pomegranate website. I put it outside in April and this year we got lots of flowers and 3 pomegranates. The fruit was quite small and tasted bitter (nothing like in the grocery store). Picked them in mid-October...maybe should have waited longer, but the leaves are falling off so thought it must be harvest time. I'd buy this plant just for its ornamental and interest value. Nobody else in my neighborhood has one and they find mine quite interesting. Maybe next year's fruit will be tastier.

I love this plant! I bought it last November. It was just a small little thing when it arrived. After moving it outside this summer, I started to get the prettiest flowers but I did not think that it would fruit for a few more years. I was wrong, 3 weeks ago I noticed that I have 2 small pomegranates growing and more on the way!

Growing Amazing! I got my plant this spring, it has grown a foot already, with dozens of flowers! I just brought it inside for the winter.. where it will soak up all the winter sun by our large living room windows, until summer again! 2 more years til fruit!
