Pull up the bulbs and, with leaves attached, and allow to dry in the sun for a few hours. Then spread them out in a dry, well ventilated place until the leaves are papery in texture and appearance typically 2-3 weeks. After cutting period, cut tops off and store in a cool and dry location. Can store for 8-10 months and retain full flavor.
