Place your order Monday - Friday 8 AM to noon ET, and we'll ship same day. Call noon to 9 pm Monday - Friday or 8 am to 6 pm on Saturday, and we'll ship the next working day.

Out of stock products and beneficial insects will be shipped when available.

In all cases, we choose the fastest, most efficient way to send your order—via the U.S. Postal Service or United Parcel Service. Large orders may be shipped in more than one package.
